As a construction and project services company we have an obligation to ensure that all of our employees, subcontractors and suppliers are provided with a safe environment to work in.
If it does not look safe, it probably isn’t. We promote a policy that encourages employees to stop work immediately if they suspect something may be unsafe or could cause an accident or incident. At 50plus we believe that safety is integral in the success of our business. As well as implementing rigorous safety standards and procedures, we also encourage our staff members to regulate their fellow employees and take action if they see any dangerous activity.
